About Shannon

Shannon Pearson began her practice with a primary focus on oil and gas transactions and an emphasis on title examination. She has guided clients through a wide range of acquisitions and divestitures of oil and gas properties. With expertise including preparation and negotiation of industry contracts and due diligence support, Shannon’s work now includes transactions relating to real property, loan transactions, receivership, probate and estate administration, entity formation, and commercial litigation.

Shannon was born and raised in Oklahoma. She graduated from the Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2014 and has an undergraduate degree in advertising from Lindenwood University, where she also played collegiate volleyball.
